The staff is friendly and very efficient. This location is in Bricktown and convenient to several entertainment outlets including a Movie Theater, Lake and Restaurants.
the only complaint i have is there is a lot of homeless people hanging out inside with all there bags taking up space. That would not be so bad, however they arenot making purchases. some are just sleeping and most of them have not bathed in a while.. OKC has places for these people to go. They should be redirected. i would stay and probably buy more if that were not an issue and i have heard other people say the same.

The iced caramel coffee is delicious and highly recommended. Outside seating is limited, likely because of the season, but on a sunny day, sitting outside can feel nice. The location is clean, with plenty of parking in the early morning. Staff members like Anderson are kind and attentive, ensuring customers get exactly what they want, making the experience pleasant. The drive-thru may be faster, but walk-in service is still enjoyable. The store offers holiday favorites like peppermint mocha and cranberry pastry, and it’s conveniently near the Harkins movie theater, with an elevated view above the canal area.
