Was rather disappointed waited at counter for several minutes before anyone greeted us & a couple more before someone took our order
Only a couple of people sitting inside when we arrived no one at the counter. After we ordered 1 lady came in. Got my order but it wasn’t right🙁 This experience was not the norm for me.

My first issue is that one of the baristas wrote one my cup asking that I change my name. The name on my cup shouldn’t matter, especially when I frequently go to that location. My name on my cup isn’t offensive or profane.
In addition, this location has been slower. I can order my drink at least 10 minutes before I arryand it’s still not ready. You can easily see employees taking breaks and eating behind the counter or just playing and joking around.

6:10 pm, woman behind the counter tells me "we are closed right now."

I asked, "Right now? Or for the night? What time do you close?"

She answered, "For the night. We close at 9:00, but we don't have a closer."

I thought the point of a Starbuck inside Target was for the convenience of the shoppers. Apparently not. I will try again another time and leave an updated review, to be fair.
