Normally the morning crew is amazing! I came in today and ordered my regular. Asked for caramel drizzle around and on top. And since I'm paying $0.60 for the drizzle, I don't think it should be an issue. So they handed me my drink and it was only on top. So I asked them to remake it and put it around the cup an on top. They gave me such a a dirty look and looked so annoyed. Ugh. So better crew!!!

The most unpleasant, rudest group of employees ...They acted put out w my large order, nobody smiled, not even when I told them to have a nice day.. Almost every other Starbucks the employees are pleasant and helpful. The lady behind me couldn't believe how rude they all were.. I'll go out of my way, to never go that one again.

Visited the store on 1/8/2024 and was greeted by a young man named Braden. He had the most beautiful eyes and assisted with writing a message to Annabelle’s mom on her cup. I told him I owe him for being so kind and would send in a customer compliment. What I didn’t tell him is that my first grandson would be named after him. Please make sure he receives this message. He helped me brighten my daughters day.Have a wonderful and blessed night!

Barista seemed to be struggling. Asked for a splash of cream got a cup with 2 inches. Asked for a remake and they just dumped part of my ice coffee out and added more cold brew instead of remaking it. Needless to say the drink was a waste of money. Location on Penn much better drinks wise. Would have asked them to fix it again but there was already another customer up there trying to get theirs corrected

PSA: My wife and I are regular customers at this Starbucks location, visiting daily. While our order may be a bit intricate, we've always found it straightforward for the Starbucks team. Among the staff, some have truly stood out, going above and beyond to ensure our experience is delightful. On the other hand, a few employees have made us feel like an inconvenience, as though we're imposing on their time and effort.Today's encounter became the turning point for us. I decided to step inside and speak with a manager about our experience, though regrettably, I didn't catch her name. She was dismissive and brief, choosing to brush aside my concerns rather than address them. Regrettably, no resolution or even an apology was offered. This particular store leaves me with a sense of unwelcomeness.In all our travels, we've frequented Starbucks across the globe, and while each store has its own uniqueness, this one stands out negatively in our experiences. Despite our loyalty to this establishment due to its convenience, the consistent less-than-welcoming encounters make me contemplate seeking another Starbucks location. I believe in sharing honest feedback about local businesses, even those we support financially, to ensure a higher standard of service for all.

Last time at this Starbucks-paid for extra pumps and sugar and didn’t receive any. My white mocha doesn’t even taste like espresso is in it. Girl at the window was unpleasant and when I asked for straws I had to lean out my car to grab them from her as she looked away from me with just her hand out the window. The worst Starbucks slow and drinks are never made right. Waste of $10

My wife got the iced caramel macchiato made with heavy cream, and after we left the parking lot, she tasted it and the heavy cream had spoiled. She was sick for the rest of the night. Steer clear from this Starbucks. They obviously do not care about public health.

Words can’t describe the level of frustration, I ordered a tall vanilla ice latte with caramel and it taste nothing but milk I had it remade and it taste disgusting. I also got a caramel macchiato with vanilla cold foam on top and there’s ZERO flavor. I called and spoke to Gabby and she was super rude and told me that next time I need to order different things. I said I order these drinks all the time at different locations and they don’t suck. I asked if I could be refunded and she told me I have to go back to there location to get a refund and that they couldn’t remake the drinks. I will not be back after Gabby being unhelpful.
