The drinks are often great, and the frapacchino's were fantastic, but the food is terrible, with only the apple croissant being finished from items like a wrap, breakfast sandwich, and egg, potato, cheese and chives thing. Some regular customers report issues with drink consistency; an iced SHAKEN espresso is not always served shaken, and the drink never tastes the same, sometimes with burnt espresso. While there are no issues with employees or wait times for some, the quality of the drink does not always match the price.
