I have been going here every day for years. It is busy sometimes but it's also right off the freeway. The employees are wonderful and do their best to accommodate everyone. There are times, like today, where you get a horrible customer, who will then write a bad review (she literally kept changing how she wanted the drink made after they would start making it, then grabbed someone else's drink) If you're like this, please stay out of any public place. Coverted to an order pickup location without tables and chairs, this location remains my go-to Starbucks when we visit family in Oklahoma City. Over the years, every single order is flawless and staff is friendly and helpful. I wish the locations near me in Fort Worth were as consistent. Kudos to everyone there, including management. I hope you guys are there for years to come!
