Drive thru taco supreme combo meal. Food was cold and within an hour of eating I was doubled over with stomach cramps and had explosive diarrhea for an hour. I am weak and nauseous still. I believe I have food poisoning from food that had been sitting out too long with sour cream. It was awful.

Service has gotten worse. I know it's not a glamorous job, but when employees seem annoyed at doing their job it makes everything unpleasant. Quality of the food has declined also.

Made an order through the drive thru. We weren't told the balance so when we arrived to the window to pay, The general manager was already very rude just out of frustration of the long line . She was giving us 2 wrong drinks and when I asked her to confirm what she was charging me for, she got upset and refused to service me.I believe I'm in my right to know what I'm being charged for especially when she was already trying to give us wrong drinks and sure enough! We went to a different Taco Bell looks like this Location here WAS over charging me 6$! The audacity if this general manager to get mad at me for her Mistake!She was clearly going to make me pay for someone else's order....Please check your receipts especially here the general managers eyes were so wide and glossy. We cannot help but think she might've been under the influence especially with giving out the wrong food and over charging customets and Then getting mad because we caught onto this.

Terrible customer service every time. I don't know why I choose to return. I guess I hope that the employee turnover rate is high and it's a different crew. They never get my order right, I feel like I'm being rushed to order and the portions are ridiculous.

Really disappointed tonight. Every taco shell was either broke or stuck to the wrapper. Very hard to eat with it going everywhere. Service was fine, flavors were fine just the shells. Really need to figure tht out.
