Really disappointed tonight. Every taco shell was either broke or stuck to the wrapper. Very hard to eat with it going everywhere. Service was fine, flavors were fine just the shells. Really need to figure tht out.
Let's get the basics out of the way. The food was good and prepared as ordered. The restroom and lobby were cleaner than most fast food places.Now let me tell you about the service. My sister and I came in sore and exhausted. The young man behind the counter, Matt L., made us laugh, was patient and very accommodating. Service has gotten worse. I know it's not a glamorous job, but when employees seem annoyed at doing their job it makes everything unpleasant. Quality of the food has declined also.
