I got spicy chicken that was burnt.So I traded for regular chicken , which was underdone. Last time I visited this particular church's chicken.They did not have fries. Huh. also , there was a child of one of the workers in the restaurant and it was not clean
The food is good, and I don’t think they’ve messed up my order yet. But, they are slow (especially slow to pickup when you’re at the drive thru menu/speaker)
I was disappointed with my experience. My order arrived missing two items, and I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to get it resolved, but no one answered the phone. Mistakes happen, but it's frustrating when there's no way to reach someone for help. I hope they improve their order accuracy and customer service.
