Not real sure how this location is still open. I guess I only have myself to blame as I keep going back, but never again. Over the last 6 months I've been here 3 times and each time my order has been completely wrong. Not partially wrong, completely wrong. The problem is I have gone through the drive thru, and they clearly don't care. SO when I say it's partially my fault, I should have sat in the drive thru and checked the bags before going home. They won't answer the phone, nor do they care to correct the order if you go back in. Terrible location. Will NEVER go back!

They have really improved their food quality and presentation.
I paid $30 to not get what i ordered. They handed me a small bag and I questioned the guy at the window. I ordered the chicken chiladas, 3 tamales, two big tacos guacamole and cheese dip. They left off the chicken enchiladas, tamales, and gave us no chips. All it would have taken is for them to take a quick look. I would call but can’t find a phone number for them … this was the taco bueno on Memorial just east of Western. Never again!

Terrible customer service, food was okay. They forgot to give out utensils and made lunch time at work horrible. I don't write bad reviews ever but this place has earned it. My 1 hour lunch has taken up a whole 30 minutes just waiting in line. Will not come back to this location again

First time here since moving to OK and Donna made that experience the absolute best! She was an older woman working the drive thru and her customer service was TOP NOTCH! This woman exceeded her job! I will be back for sure!

Taco bueno by my work is really bad, this happen twice in a month, 1st when it happen on my lunch break after walking there instead of driving, I get there an the girl behind the counter tells me they can't take my order cause they had no one there when u have 3 people behind the counter an one washing dishes, so I left an went somewhere else, an this just happen 2 days ago, I go in again on my lunch break an stand at the counter for 20 mins, they paid attention to the drive through an they knew I was standing there as more people walk in an I told them good luck I have been standing here for 20 Mims, as soon as I walk off an hit the door they said I can take ur order now sir, I told them nope I'm going somewhere else u already wasted 20 mins of my lunch time.. this store is at 7104 northwest expressway okc ok 73132... I even emailed corporate twice about the issues an have not heard nothing from the corporate office at all.. boy what customer service, taco bueno is getting really bad, ranking with taco bell..

Food Spills everywhere and the tacos have little beef and there was no one at the fast food place the service is slow at least 4 workers there and it's not the cleanest Ambiance.
