About a 15-minute wait in drive thru. 2 burritos were not made the way I asked, but was charged heavily for asking. I gave a cashier credit card and didn't get it back until I had to ask for it. 1st time customer, last time going

Staff was friendly, the facility was clean, food was good, served fast prepared as expected. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a taco Bueno that everything worked as it should, this location did a great job.

Service speed & friendliness of staff is hit or miss. Going inside does not speed up service either. Food orders typically accurate, condiments asked for is a maybe. Value menu is barely worth the 1.50 any more; often stale taco shells or tortillas, minimal meat or cheese on taco, tostada, burrito. BUT i luv TB so I continue to return. If have Chime card can get 14-16% cash back.
