These people do not listen at all I asked for meat cheese and jalapeños thru the drive thru they got it wrong as always I went back in they remade it and they remade it wrong again! This place has went way downhill!

Meat, beans, tortillas and cheese, that's the bulk of it. How the employees put it together is what matters! This location employs people that care. It's refreshing to get your food and it looks like it could be on a Mayo commercial. Kudos to this location!!
2:05pm on 1/1/2023Manager wasn't available.Early 30s mixed dude taking the orders is upset at his baby mama so he's intentionally causing problems in the order.Wouldn't confirm my order, would ignore my questions to the point I had to go inside, where he continues to take his baby momma frustration out on customers.He ducked out when I came in and wouldn't answer questions. This cat is gonna run off good customers cause he can't separate business and personal. All I wanted to know is if my mexicali burrito had steak instead of chicken. But man refused to answer and even said he couldn't hear me ? he quick to fold.

One person rang in the orders wrong and the other didn't read em off the board right either resulting in food that was not so great. Looked like the nacho cheese on everything was microwaved or old. They were running on hopes and dreams up in there, I think there was only three of em working.

Disappointed with our experience here. My fiancé and I went here to get dinner and when we ordered in the drive through at the speaker we were never told that we had to show ID to prove that our card is ours. At the speaker we only got told our order was $30. When we pull up to the window he just told us our order and when my fiancé handed him the card he all of a sudden started stuttering and saying my fiancé needs to show ID because our order was over $30 and he wanted to make sure our card wasn't stolen. My fiancé is Puerto Rican so I'm not sure if this worker was just racist or what because if that's all of a sudden a "new policy" then he should of mentioned that at the drive through and there would of been signs hanging on the window stating their "new policy". what a coincidence our order was $30 and it just happened to be that we have to "show ID if our order is over $30". I know for a fact he pulled those words out of his ass because we spent that much money at a different taco Mayo the other day and had no problem. Fast food all over the place will let you order $50+ worth of food and never ask to see an ID. He treated my fiancé like he was a criminal and when we still showed ID he was looking at my fiancé all sketch. I've never heard of this "policy" and I refuse to believe that that's a thing. It's a sad world that my fiancé, whose also a father had to show his ID to prove we didn't steal our own card to buy tacos. And for paying $30 the chips and taco shell shouldn't of tasted stale and when we had to wait for "fresh steak" it should of been fresh. Not to mention there was no other customers at the time.
Food was hot, delicious, amd came out fast! There was only 2 employees working at the time. Way to go y'all!
