Based on the reviews, Tacos Sibilia - Food Truck serves some pretty good portions of Tacos de tripa that are big. The tacos are absolutely amazing, and the tortas are delicious. The quesadillas are just right, and the churros are full of sweet flavor. The biggest burrito and biggest torta with sauced fries are available, and they even manage to scrape up the last of their corn for a lil elote. The atmosphere feels nice, especially when it’s good weather. The girls in the window are super sweet. They accept Cash App and Zelle. However, orders of operation don't align with actual store hours, as they open whenever they feel like it.
