TONKOTSU RAMEN

NINNIKU TONKOTSU
Taking the classic Tonkotsu one step further with Four types of garlic (fresh, roasted, fried and black garlic oil). This dish has all the same great toppings as Tonkotsu but all the savor and punch that garlic lovers expect.
SPICY RAMEN
Packed with flavor and strong notes of sesame. This dish is topped with flavorfully seasoned ground pork, negi, and sliced jalapenos for a kick of spice.
MISO BUTTER CORN
A taste of the North. This soul-warming ramen hails from Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island. Our rich, umami-laden broth is married with flavorful miso paste blend crafted at Tamashii. Topped with chashu, negi, moyashi, menma, and butter corn. Don't pass on this heartwarming dish.

CURRY RAMEN
A warming adventure in a bowl. Savory Japanese curry broth, rich and fragrant, envelops springy ramen noodles. Succulent chashu that is cooked in curry with marinated eggs add delightful bites. Topped with shredded cheese and negi.
VEGAN RAMEN
This ramen is unlike any other on Tamashii's menu. Our house made broth is made with and assortment of flavor packing fresh veggies that impart depth and savory flavors throughout. We top this ramen with marinated and grilled tofu, fresh moyashi, marinated menma, chopped negi, corn. Sure to satisfy any veggie lover.

Had a wonderful meal with my family today, spicey ramen, ninniko ramen, tonkatsu ramen and miso ramen...starters were gyoza and edamame...everything was absolutely delicious. The pork in the ramen was flavorful and tender, eggs were perfect, noodles tender....everything was just fantastic

We dropped in around 9:pm Thursday and the place was still cranking out hot and tasty food. We split some ramen and added a little heat for flavor. The spice is not to be underestimated. This is good eatin'!

The Japanese curry was really good, as was the gyoza. My son ordered a ramen bowl and we all agreed it didn’t taste good. None of it was eaten. The waiter instead of noticing a whole dish was untouched and asking if it was ok, instead made fun of him for not eating. We also sat at our table waiting over 15 minutes after we we were done to pay. We were given no refills of our drinks. Most food wasn’t bad but the service was so bad I wouldn’t go back.
