TONKOTSU RAMEN
Rich, pork bone broth simmered for hours for a deep, creamy flavor. Served with springy noodles, melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork, a perfectly marinated soft-boiled egg, marinated bamboo, and topped with sliced negi.
NINNIKU TONKOTSU
Taking the classic Tonkotsu one step further with Four types of garlic (fresh, roasted, fried and black garlic oil). This dish has all the same great toppings as Tonkotsu but all the savor and punch that garlic lovers expect.
SPICY RAMEN
Packed with flavor and strong notes of sesame. This dish is topped with flavorfully seasoned ground pork, negi, and sliced jalapenos for a kick of spice.
MISO BUTTER CORN
A taste of the North. This soul-warming ramen hails from Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island. Our rich, umami-laden broth is married with flavorful miso paste blend crafted at Tamashii. Topped with chashu, negi, moyashi, menma, and butter corn. Don't pass on this heartwarming dish.

This ramen is unlike any other on Tamashii's menu. Our house made broth is made with and assortment of flavor packing fresh veggies that impart depth and savory flavors throughout. To be fair Ramen is not my favorite. We took our furniture daughter in law for her birthday. The food was good. We sat on the enclosed patio and it was so hot even with A/C the inside was so loud we and cramped We couldn't enjoy the goup. Parking was bad. Over all not a fan. Based more on the experience than the food.

Our server was Ramsey and he is awesome! Our table never went without anything, but wasn't overbearing/hovering.

We sat out on the patio which was comfortable and enclosed.

Our food was great as always. Ramsey had no issue with me pre ordering a to-go order of ramen and he even brought out the egg that came with mine (that I didn't want) in a separate bowl so my husband could add it to his bowl.

Food isn’t bad here, just not my preference when it comes to the flavors they offer here.

Ordered the spicy miso ramen. It was okay, the sweetness was unexpected and threw me off. Also weird that they weren’t able to accommodate my request for a reduced/low sodium option when JINYA has no problem doing that for me when I ask. Luckily the ramen wasn’t too salty like I thought it’d be and ended up being fine. Sadly I still didn’t finish it nor wanted...
