“We tried the cherry and blackberry fried pies, and both were delicious! The place was packed when we arrived, but the line moved quickly and efficiently. The pies had a perfect balance of sweet, fruity filling and savory, flaky dough. The only thing that could have made them even better might be a light glaze or a dusting of powdered sugar for that extra touch. The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean—a definite plus for a busy roadside stop. All in all, a great experience and a must-try if you’re in the area!“

“Our waitress Elena was outstanding. I've been coming here for years and any time Elena is there I ask to sit in her section. The food is delicious, I always get the best Mexican tacos, and have been caught lacking my gauc plate clean. It's just so good. I wish there was a closer Yukon location.“

“Our group of girl friends had such an awesome time! The food was great, the atmosphere was great, and most of all.. Angela was AMAZING. Not once did she make us feel like we were left needing something. She was sweet, funny, and overall an AMAZING waitress. When I come back, I will be requesting her every time, you should too! “E for effortEach tamale is the size of a roll of quarters.They have nachos on the menu, it should be more then a tub of cheese with the side serving of chips in a bag. Ie fill the tray with chips then put the cheese etc on top.The taste of the chicken verde tamales was great, the other on has good masa, but the filling was bland. The size is deceptive, each tamale is the size of a roll of quarters.“

“We love uncle Julio’s. We love the stuffed shrimp. We usually have wonderful service but tonight we had THE BEST SERVICE EVER. Wade gave us his utmost attention was attentive, kind, helpful, and quick. We were very impressed. All of our food hot and absolutely delicious and flavorful. Wade kept our chips full and fresh and our drinks full the entire time. Incredible evening! Thanks wade!“
