Thatd be great if the hospital would get parking under control. It says for children's & I see SO many people walking away from the hospital.

The hospital is great, the pharmacy is horrendous and very unprofessional

Love this hospital. Thank you for saving my son life after he was neglected by Mercy. Big thanks to Dr. Mckee & Dr. Lupano, RN Karalyn & her nurse in training Rebecca. You are all so awesome you kicked butt & gave my son the attention & help he needed. You listen to my concerns & spoke with him & listen to him as well. You all were very patient & caring.. Karalyn was very clear on what she was doing & explained everything to my son because he had never been admitted so he was very scared. She did the IV so well he didn’t cry & her voice was very calming for him, thank you lady you did your thing ❤️?. You are all the best, I am forever thankful for what you all have done.. . ?

Was rushed by ambulance from another hospital late at night 03-09. Upon arrival, we started in the ER department. To all 8 staff members & 2 doctors who came in & rushed around to help my son, I greatly appreciate you. He was pale, absolutely no sign of his precious freckles, barely breathing even on back to back breathing treatments, y’all did everything you could to help him & quickly. Upon getting him stable & hooked up to everything, we were moved to the PICU, where we spent 4 days. Everyone there was wonderful. Our nurses Camryn, Kourtney & Courtney were precious. I don’t remember the drs names but they were great as well, one was pregnant & so adorable & sweet. We had 3 female & 2 male doctors total. Very attentive. Our RT Bryce was super awesome as well! We had another one that was nice as well, but never caught his name. They also included me in their round (meetings) every morning just to make sure we were all on the same page. After moving to the 8th floor, where we spent 1 night, the care was not as great as the ICU, but it was alright. Nothing to really be angry about. The food was bland, wish it was better. Kiddo says you get docked half a star for making him wait hours to be released ? BUT we are home now after 5 days & we just wanted to say THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS FOR ALL THE CARE! My precious boy may not be here without y’all!

Went to the OBED to be seen for some concerns and was not pleased with what I heard the nurses saying about a patient. I personally was treated with respect, but I heard nurses talking absolute CRAP about another patient that apparently had returned several times. They were being outright nasty about her concerns and acting like she didn't deserve their help because she was refusing a medication for nausea that she didn't want to take. It made me worried to even tell them my own concerns because of the way they were speaking about this poor girl that couldn't stop throwing up. I almost walked out before being seen because I didn't want to be the next patient being talked about negatively where it could be heard by other patients.

You will set in the waiting room for multiple hours just to watch people go back that showed up after you. 9 yo daughters neck looks like there is a baseball in there and swelling is spreading to the whole neck and face and o2 stats in the 80s but yet got skipped over multiple times by people that was in and out within 45 min to an hour. She got to the back and here for another 5 hours to get an ultra sound of her neck just to be told oh wait we need to do a CT scan. Couldn't see it good enough on the ultrasound. My daughter had been setting her now for 9 hours in severe pain and swelling getting worst and the CT scan which would be much clearer picture was second choice wth.

Sitting at children’s was referred by a doctor for my child came over been sitting for four hrs not once have they sanitized anything in the waiting room or the triage room this is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I believe it needs to go back to the way it use to be if ur sick or was sent over via another doctor you would be seen not sit for hrs and hrs watching the triage nurses sit around and talk !!!

Wouldn’t trust this hospital at all. This will be the last place I ever bring my child too again. ER staff was amazing with him recommended he get certain treatment in his chart only to be admitted and none of what they recommended was done. The lack of communication all around sucks at this hospital though. I have had 5 different people tell me 5 different things and have been told a certain treatment could be beneficial then a dr comes in and negates the other one saying it won’t. All around nurses we’ve had have sucked once admitted. They have a terrible attitude, don’t know how to clean out a babies nose, they are in and out every 30 minutes it feels like because nobody willl come in at the same time to do everything. Just an awful place in general I will be taking kiddos to a different place next time if I ever need too.

This is the worst hospital i have ever been to they are extremely incompetent or just do not care about children when the case gets complicated, they dont follow protocol and lie to cover up the mistakes of malpractice, give medication unnecessarily and have done the unthinkable, i will not go into details here but trust me you’re better off spending the cash to go out of state rather than waste ANY time here especially if you’re childs health is complicated, after fighting this hospital to care for months, i dont trust a single dr in this state anymore and i have VERY specific people at this hospital i wouldnt even trust to work on a rat…. Yea come for stitches or something sure but if there is an actual issue dont waste your Time, breath, or money, they wont listen the legitimate concerns until its a big problem, and they will create fake diagnoses without proper testing. Not to mention it is disgusting ive spent several stays here over the past two years and they dont hardly clean the er, theyve left bloody or snotty tissues on the floor saw it one day walking by and was disgusted to see it same place not moved the very next day….. youll find used bandaids or other things from past patients in your room or on/in some of your “fresh” laundry their lack of communication is uncanny, ive had them leave other patients charts in my room for long periods of time, they harass some people , i could literally go on for daysssss with the proof if things i have, regardless i feel deeply this hospital either needs to be shut down or someone really needs to investigate there medical staff and strategies and i stand by that 100% the things this hospital does could LITERALLY be sending youre children home to die and that is FAR FROM OKAY.

My 2 year old received over-the-moon care here. Each specialist was able to see him within 24 hours of when they would be required. Because of his medical needs being an unexpected emergency, arriving to this hospital by helicopter, we didn't have much on us. They made sure he had snacks, toys, diapers, a safe comfortable gown (important in our medical case), and the meals were high quality.Something that made my jaw drop is upon our hasty arrival, there was not a private room available for 12+ hours and the big administrator of the hospital personally apologized for the unusual circumstance. It totally wasn't necessary to see us, and our family feels humbly grateful since our only expectation was medical care for our son.My son should be going home today and every step of his care was prompt and thorough. He is healing up so quickly already, and has had enough opportunities to get up and move around that he hasn't been too stressed. His pain management was good, so he is behaving like his normal self!
