Was rushed by ambulance from another hospital late at night 03-09. Upon arrival, we started in the ER department. To all 8 staff members & 2 doctors who came in & rushed around to help my son, I greatly appreciate you. He was pale, absolutely no sign of his precious freckles, barely breathing even on back to back breathing treatments, y’all did everything you could to help him & quickly. Went to the OBED to be seen for some concerns and was not pleased with what I heard the nurses saying about a patient. I personally was treated with respect, but I heard nurses talking absolute CRAP about another patient that apparently had returned several times. They were being outright nasty about her concerns and acting like she didn't deserve their help because she was refusing a medication for nausea that she didn't want to take.
