Whether I am an employee or patient here I think the food quality needs to be better. Yesterday I ordered chicken Alfredo, I get down there and they’re sticking my food in the microwave to cook it, it was inedible and I was compensated for it. Today I go get chicken strips, there is slime inside the chicken strips. Our patients and staff deserve so much better than this. I watched them pull an already cooked hamburger Patty out of water, like seriously?
Far to expensive for what you get. A kid sized cheese burger and a bag of chips and small drink was almost $13! You can’t even get fries or anything fried to go w a burger but they still keep the prices the same!

So the customer service needs to be re-taught. The fact that you blame me for your technical issues and refused to help me with the situation and acted as if I was a problem is beyond me. You are here to serve. And the one who was doing the 4th or last register near the pop machines was really and extremely rude. Ma’am I come here every other day.
