“Recently had the pleasure of working with Tropical Smoothie Cafe for a studio event, and we can’t say enough good things about their catering service! From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations.
1. Fresh and Flavorful Food: The menu options were not only healthy but also incredibly tasty. Their smoothie bowls were a hit—colorful, packed with fresh fruits, and beautifully presented. The wraps and sandwiches were equally delicious, and the tropical flavors really stood out.

“A great spot to cool down in the summer!
Their regular menu is awesome, but don’t miss their seasonal favorites! There’s just nothing like a watermelon mojito smoothie on a hot day!
Their wraps and quesadillas are great, too if you’re looking for a quick bite.
If you’re a vegetarian like me, don’t worry! Not only is the hummus wrap fantastic, but you can make any of their chicken wraps vegetarian by substituting plant based chicken!“
“I placed an order and forgot to mention no cheese due to my lactose intolerance. Justin went out of his way to remove the cheese from my wrap after he had put the meal together. This minor action was extremely significant to me and is the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer. Great job to Justin and the rest of the team.“

“Tonight - I had the best dine in experience since I began eating there (the one located on MacArthur). The girls were so kind - they all said they started within the past couple of months. The food was by far the best I’ve had. I look forward to going back and seeing them. Great job ladies!“

“This was my first time at this Tropical Smoothie location. It wasn’t busy at all—no line inside or in the drive-thru. I went inside to place my order and decided to try a smoothie I’d never had before, the Dragon Fruit Passion. It was delicious and officially added to my list of faves!
The staff was friendly and the inside was clean, which I appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there were a couple of small mistakes: I requested a different kind of chips, but it was rung up incorrectly. Luckily, since I was inside, I was able to swap it out. Then when I got to my destination, I noticed the tomatoes I asked to be removed were still on my food.
Still, I’d return—great vibes, great smoothie, just needs a little more attention to detail.“
“I’m a little late on this review, but I had to give a shoutout to the team at the May Ave location! On Thursday, April 17th, I was helped by a young gentleman in the drive-thru who was so sweet and professional. I visit this location about three times a week, and I’ve noticed he’s always quiet, focused, and clearly a hard worker.
Even during a moment when I was impatient (and I knew I was wrong), he continued to treat me with nothing but kindness and respect — and that consistency says a lot about his character and customer service skills.
The drive-thru is super convenient, especially since I travel for work and love visiting Tropical Smoothie locations across the state. I can confidently say this one is by far the cleanest I’ve been to. The whole morning crew deserves credit — they’re always on point and start my day with great energy.
I’ll definitely continue coming back for my go-to: the Detox Island Green with B12 and strawberries. Thanks again, Tropical Smoothie on May — y’all rock!“
