How awkward! "Would you like to leave a tip for me" in the drive thru. When did the world feel it's necessary to tip in a drive thru for a $4 wrap. I won't be back.

Hit and miss. I always just order one smoothie online and arrive at the drive-thru to pick it up within 10 minutes. Sometimes they have it for me almost right away, other times it takes them forever. One time they handed me the wrong order even after confirming my name twice (once at the intercom and once at the window). Smoothies are hit and miss too.
