Never gets an order right. Wanted to give them the benefit of the the doubt, but it's everytime.

This place has some of the best burgers in all of OKC. The customer service is great as well. I enjoy everytime I get to visit here.

The burger was great ! The fries sucked they were absolutely not crunchy more of a soggy mess!!! Great taste but very disappointing!!

I can't believe it took 16 minutes to make an order of two burgers. The burger itself was fine-it tastes like what you'd expect from any fast-casual restaurant, though it's a bit more expensive. I'll probably try a different location next time, since after reading the reviews, this one seems especially slow. It likely comes down to understaffing; I've worked in fast-casual before, and that's usually the issue, and it definitely looked that way here. I wouldn't come here if you're coming for lunch and ur working.

Some of the workers were very friendly, but there was a specific line cook that was mocking my family member’s name for an order while we waited for food to be cooked. The line is open so it was easily hearable and honestly unprofessional. Not even being satirical but our family as of today lost a close loved one and we ordered shakes from here as a way to cheer us all up. Our order for burgers was messed up, and 2/4 shake cups were broken without us using them. Very delicious, but slightly disappointing. Hopefully we can visit for a better experience soon.

First time in and we got togo, Food was good, it was a little greasy but it could of been moisture from the onions, It was a little expensive but still good food. It is worth trying 1 time.

The food is fresh, which is somewhat uncommon in Oklahoma with all the fast food around here. The burgers are absolutely delicious, and the customer service is great!

I typically order my burger with cheddar cheese. Today I was told I cannot do that anymore. That makes no sense as I am customizing every other aspect of my burger. Also many of the tables had trash and were not clean.

We visit Tuckers anytime we want real food, awesome service and a strawberry treat. This time we got so much more from Sarah, she was engaging, attentive and she came outside to bring my order to the car...GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!! So unexpected, so above and beyond Sarah or Sara...THANK YOU for showing up. We appreciate ALL of Tuckers Staff!!!
