Ordered take out from them first time last night. Didn’t complete my order so when I arrived, they couldn’t find my order. Waitress asked what I wanted so I recited it, then the manager came out. I told him & said how long because it’s my mistake so I could let everyone @ home know. He said about 10 minutes, meanwhile I figured out my mistake & finished my order. The order arrived as promised but meanwhile the waitress & manager checked on me twice more & offered water if I needed it. The service by these people was amazing & the pizza & salad were very good!

When we walked in, both the greeter and the waitress were extremely welcoming and kind. We got the Flying pig with some risotto on top and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Shout out to our waitress Bree and her amazing guest skills!

I can’t believe its my first time at Upper Crust pizza restaurant. Have I been under a rock or what? 🤦🏼‍♀️ I was so missing out on all the delicious pizza, fresh salads, and appetizers like Zucca chips and pepperoni rolls—and honestly, people are right. 🙌 Add in reasonable prices, fresh flavors, and a staff that makes you feel like royalty (shoutout to the bartenders and servers), I accidentally got food on me and the waitress brought me a tide stick. She was such a sweetie to be so nice and helpful.

We started with the pepperoni rolls, and let’s be real—they disappeared faster than we’d like to admit. Cheesy, crispy perfection. The lemon drop martini was basically a vacation in a glass. 🍋🍸

The pizza? Oh, just casually amazing. Perfect crust, fresh toppings, and seasoning that makes you wonder if they’ve got a secret Italian grandma in the kitchen.

And then came the apple tart. Warm, flaky, phenomenal—it was the kind of dessert that makes you consider ordering a second “for the table” (aka, for yourself).

Bottom line: this place deserves a permanent spot in the dinner rotation. Come hungry, leave happy, and maybe bring stretchy pants.

From start to finish, our experience was absolutely incredible. The service was impeccable—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.

We started with the pepperoni rolls as an appetizer, and they were to die for—crispy on the outside, packed with flavor, and perfectly cheesy. For drinks, we tried the lemon drop martini and the peach sangria, and both were amazing. The sangria, in particular, was one of the best we’ve ever had—perfectly balanced, fruity, and refreshing.

The pizza itself was wonderful—fresh ingredients, great crust, and just the right amount of seasoning. And to top it all off, we ended with the apple tart, which was PHENOMENAL. Flaky, warm, and beautifully presented, it was the perfect end to a fantastic meal.

We’ll definitely be back soon and make this a part of our rotation. Highly recommend this place for a memorable meal and top-notch service!

Parking was a pain with not a lot of spaces but there was no wait for a table for lunch. The menu was diverse but not overwhelming for specialty pizzas. We had a large group of 5 and everyone got a different pizza so time taken from order to food received was kind of long. The goat cheese appetizer was really flavorful, definitely good portion for 2 but not 5. The Tony's Italian pizza had a perfect crust, good cut, no burn, thin where your sauce and toppings are. The garlic sauce could use a bit more garlic, otherwise nice cheese and thick sauce. I'll definitely try another pizza next time.

Server kept disappearing and messed up several times

Bartender was horrible, took first beer glass and never asked if wanted another beer and didn't even refill water so had NOTHING to drink through dinner and before. Manager came by and didn't ask if needed anither one either. Had to flag bartender down to get anything. Manager offered us coupons to come back and said we never would, service was AWFUL and could get food at McDonald's...off our last to give them our business!!

Draco was our waiter and he was amazing!! We love Draco. He suggested mk.gee to me, plz let him know I liked it!!!

Resonably priced with good food.
