Horrible experience. First off half the servers were all sitting around when we came in, took a while to get drinks ordered… my friend had questions the server did answer , but gave no time for the whole group to get drinks, instead said “im gonna give yall a minute to figure out what you wanna eat & drink.” Took a while for her to come back and she hurriedly took our orders. Now let’s get to the worst part… the food. Nothing good to say about it got the Texas bacon egg and cheese melt , half the food had stray strands of hair in it. My friend got the all star meal and instead of bringing ALL the food out they forgot half of his meal and then apologized and proceeded to give him cold food. Servers only came back around to drop the check and never came back to check how the food tasted either. Last experience I’ll ever have at this Waffle House. Do yourself a favor and make your waffles at home!!

The staff took forever clearing and cleaning tables. The floor had trash everywhere. Staff walked around as if they didn’t see this needed to be done, so that the customers that were standing, could be seated.

They were really busy but we got in and got our orders really fast. They even had live music.
Specifically asked for Togo silverware and crispy bacon. Got where I was going and have no silverware to eat my food and bacon is not crispy. I get crispy bacon everytime I come there. I also tipped $2 on Togo order for obviously no reason.

Order breakfast sandwich… paid extra for bacon… didn’t get bacon and was unable to call the store… number redirected me to order online…. And I tipped on top of the to-go fee
Service was terrible. They couldn’t get the orders right, not all food came out at the same time, and food sat atleast 10 min after it was made before it got to us. The cook was doing his best but the waiter was messing everything up.

When do you go to a restaurant and have to a serve your own coffee. The worst staff in town. Had to be the absolute worse of the waffle House's I've been to. Staff stood around talking personal issues in front of customers. orders were being brought out half done while the rest of the table had to wait. One man had his two daughters there and one of them girls had to wait for over 20 minutes on a waffle. The item in the name. Like come on waffle house you can do better. The manager on duty was not making them work he was watching them act stupid in front of guests. Cost my waitress her tip the very second I had to get my own coffee
