Staff was very nice! Food was delicious as always and the restaurants, booths, bathrooms and high chairs were all spotless! The cook even gave us an extra waffle for free for our baby!

I really don't like this place. The servers and cooks are all very friendly. The owners desperately need to remodel. It always feels so dirty in there and hasn't been cleaned or updated in quite some time. My husband loves this place. I only go occasionally to keep the peace but I'm about to be real cool on waffle house. I just can't do it anymore.

Not my favorite restaurant, but it’s not bad. The server was very nice and friendly. The food was not bad. It’s not about the experience that you get when you visit Waffle House. I would recommend that everyone visit once in their life. It is interesting having the seating so close to the kitchen. This particular location is a nicer Waffle House.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WAFFLE HOUSE, it needs to be shut down. The food was unsanitary, the customer service was the worst of any location period, only received half of our food, the ceiling is leaking from the AC system all over the food, we were only able to order our food after multiple other customers that came after us had been sat and had already eaten. We left before receiving all of our food and when we tried to get the rest of it Togo they told us “we’re out of everything” and handed us a couple of items. Like I’m saying DO NOT GO shut this location DOWN.

This place was busy today. I ordered my food. The server forgot to give me my coffee and ice water. I asked for it. He later gave me half the order. I did not see him again Although food was ready I waited to get the other half. Once I saw others sitting down and getting served after my order, I left $5 on the table and left. I was seat #9 at the bar. I'm sorry the place was busy and cannot handle the volume of orders. The wait was over 25 minutes. I had enough.

Marking up to go prices and additionally adding two charges for to-go and a service fee is excessive! I tipped 20 percent but then being charged an additional 20% price increase for to-go + $5 combined fee is outrageous. Doesn't make Waffle House a good value takeout location anymore. Guess you gotta eat there and hope nobody gets into a fight 🤷
The black male cook made the best Waffle House food we’ve ever had (sorry didn't get his name!) and seemed to be their lead cook. We tried to get his name and tip him individually but he clocked out before we could. Service was not good, we had a white male that had a ponytail and he forgot to really serve us at all or wipe down other tables in his free time… We saw several groups leave before being seated because no one would wipe down any tables. Even checking out our server forgot to give us the check, manager had to remind him. 5/5 food but 0/5 service. This location needs to take care of their good employees and replace the ones that weaponize their incompetence.
