I was getting my oil changed and went to pay for the service at the paint/oil change/hardware checkout counter. There were two other people in front of me. The cashier had her earpods on, a mask and her phone out. Come to find out she was on a personal call the whole time. Laughing and carrying on. Horrible service. I asked if she was on a personal call and she admitted she was. Why does walmart hire people that are there to just collect a paycheck and not do their job? Very disrespectful to not have good service anymore. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This was at the Walmart on I-240 and Santa Fe in Oklahoma City. No wonder people stopped shopping there.

Usually organized and well stocked. The variety is bc quite large since it’s a bigger store. The bc downside is that it gets very busy, but the staff is nice abs lines move quickly.

Dropped in for a few things.Crowded as usual.Parking lot packed.But I got out pretty quickly, which was a pleasant surprise.Walmart comes in handy sometimes. :)

You would expect, being a retail store, that they would want to sell things.I waited in Lawn and Garden, for over 15 minutes, trying to spend money on a lawnmower... ...after seeing about half a dozen store hands walk by...(I realize that they weren't in 'their' areas...even though, considering there were that many people NOT in the areas they were supposed to be in, probably means that the other departments were just as bad...) I had to (loudly) exclaim that I needed help... ....after another 10 minutes, I left....without EVER being helped...

No shopping carts available upon entering store. The store was somewhat disorganized and some of the aisles were blocked with product waiting to be shelved. Store associates were more focused on socializing with each other, rather than assisting store guests.... Normal Walmart.

Not sure what is up w this store lately, but I have visited twice within the past two weeks and each time, there are no carts available. The strangest part is that the store was not overly crowded. I had to go back outside and get one from the cart receptacle.I have no problem getting my own cart. However, if this is a new policy, maybe it should be posted so that customers know before getting into the store.

Very bad service and customer service. They labeled their prices wrong and won't honor the prices with the big signs on them. They make you feel like it's your fault they labeled EVERYTHING wrong. I had the pictures they went to check and even though I was right they wouldn't honor the prices

I love Walmart's food section where they serve hot food. I came there 8/21/18 at 6:00pm to order food. Before I can finish the words the lady "BRIDGETT" cut me off. Me: "I said hey when will the" Bridgett: "chicken will be done in 15mins" Bridgett: "is there anything else you need" Attitude voice Before I can respond she walks to the back and gets on the phone for 10 mins while me and other customers and employees wait. When she comes back she ignores the fact that I'm there. So immediately I ask " excuse me what's your name?" She said "Bridgett." Then I continued with my order. I asked her if she can make some fresh potatoes because it was the very bottom and it was dried up and she said no. I had to tell my self not to get upset and just get on yelp and write a review that was the worst experience ever

This Walmart is a joke. I was trying to be connected to the tire department so was put on hold. 4 times someone answered but it was the operator every time. I kept trying to tell them no one was answering in the tire department but they kept putting me on hold. I asked for a manager on the 5th time and SHE PUT ME ON HOLD!!! Hung up after 15 minutes

It's a Walmart with Walmart food, clothes, auto shop, etc. It has Walmart employees, some better at their job than others. I use it because I get my prescriptions at the pharmacy and the majority of the staff there are nice, kind and helpful. So, I pick up the scripts and do the grocery shopping. The biggest complaint I do have is the parking lot. It's filthy and I know that a large lot + lots of people shopping there who don't care about where they drop their trash is hard, but a little attempt during the summer when the trash is stinking under the hot sun. A tip if you get your prescriptions, ask the tech who takes your script if they have any coupons for the medication you're getting. I got several coupons entered into my walmart pharmacy data base and I didn't have to carry a paper coupon around to remember to use each time I filled it.
