Whataburger has the most refreshing level of carbonation in their fountain drinks compared to all others i've tried, at least with the Diet Coke. They also have a friendly staff working their drive through.

Hayden was the guy at the window... great service and his attitude was wonderful!
They was having issues with the machine and it took several managers to try to get the employee discount to go thru for an employee. Never once said bare with us, it held up the process of ordering until one of them decided to get another drawer to ring up customers. We finally placed our oders and it took longer to receive because someone didn't read the screen right, now everyone who odered after us has gotten their food and we placed before they even came in to order. One customer left without ordering because it was taking to long.
It takes a while for the food to be make but it's hot snd fresh and they rarely mess up your order compared to other

This place occasionally has a backed up drive-thru during the typical hours, but they also get it moving pretty quickly. I've never had an issue with my order, and the staff is always friendly.
The people working 2/15/24 at 1am are amazing. I didn’t get names, but they were so sweet to my friend and I. They had a mishap with their tea machine and apologized to us and gave us a free brownie and upgraded drinks. I just wanted a simple midnight snack after a workout, but I got amazing costumer service as well.Thank you to the lovely people working at this location, you made my night.

Whataburger on MacArthur and Expressway was fantastic! The service was exceptional. I drove around to 5 different whataburgers trying to find a milkshake at 2 in the morning and the only one that had them, just as I was about to lose hope, was Expressway and MacArthur. These employees were amazing! 10/10 they all deserve raises.
