This place is mismanaged by its owners like I have never seen before. They lack integrity all the way around. Talk to there employees like absolute garbage and treat them like scum of the earth. The owners in Texas should strip away their franchise and give it to someone who will take pride in the brand and treat people like decent humans. It all starts with leadership from the top, if you don’t know how to be a leader you for sure can’t manage a business by no means. I would highly recommend choosing a better place to work as well as shopping elsewhere.

A fun place with oversized board games to play while you eat treats. The smashed donuts are okay but they’re overpriced. The staff is Gen Z so they’re pretty aloof.
Overall, not for me, but I’m 36 and this place seems geared toward teenagers.

Adrain was amazing! He is knowledgeable about his products and has tremendously great customer service. As soon as we stepped in the door, he asked if we’d like a tour. He sold us! We got a mini fruit loop donut, tiramisu milk shake, chocolate milkshake. We’re from CA, on our way to Fort Sill to attend our son’s graduation from the Army boot camp. This was a great accidental stop. We’ll be back. & best of luck to Adrian, who will have a bright future.

The young man was nice and helpful. The food was not good - I don’t see the hype at all. It was at best a Walmart donut with ice cream. Music with very explicit lyrics was playing, so my family did not stay to eat.

Ignoring children to serve adults first doesn't seem like a smart policy to me. I didn't choose the location; the children who were ignored did.
Maybe the food is good and the atmosphere is good, but everything looks bad when you are not served well.
