Horrible customer service charged us for shake we didn't order.Employee pretended he didn't no English kind of made us all fill dumb when my son got his shake he said thank you employee ignored him and walked away also when we were speaking to cashier other employee put finger over his own lips and told my son shhh my son is grown and was not being disrespectful I didn't appreciate the way we were treated we spent over 40$ for horrible service and nasty shakes came from Utah and heard about this place I would not recommend it at all...
Came in to try some food we started to tell them the order and the guy stared at us then started talking in Spanish then added a milkshake we didn’t order it then we go to leave and told them thank you and they just stared at us they need to learn some respect and manners they were very cocky sad to say we won’t be going back there

I recently visited Yonutz and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to one of your employees mr max . From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They patiently guided me through the menu, offering helpful suggestions and answering all my questions with a smile.

The ice cream is Hershey’s (not the chocolate company) which is okay, not great.
The scoops are very generous.
The star here is the donut. Getting a donut with ice cream is what makes up for the Hershey’s ice cream.
