Yucatan Taco Stand Tequila Bar and Grill

This was our first and last visit, unless we stop in for the bar only. We were the only ones in the place, but still waited for someone to take our order at the counter. We each purchased chips & salsa. We got about 6-8 chips each with a large bowl of salsa. My chili relleno was cold when it arrived. The quesadilla dinner was cold, burnt meat and left uneaten after one bite.

Great food, excellent service

I was walking around the brick-town area and stumbled upon this place. Had the chicken chimmy, it was fantastic! I eat a lot of chimmies, this one rates very high on my list. Food served fast and hot. Included chips and salsa, bonus.

We came to have nachos and beer. It was 5pm and no one in line. The girl at the cash register was talking to a young boy waiter who was playing on his phone. She was talking about someone who had used the register wrong. We stood in front of her for four minutes exactly and she never acknowledged us or said she would be with us in a minute. We finally said we’re going to leave if she didn’t take our order,, and she just looked at us dumbfounded. We are retired professionals, and have never been treated so rudely in a restaurant before! We went across to Tipsy Tiki and had drinks in a friendly atmosphere!

Food was alright but in a cool spot along the canal with a lovely little view. Bartender was very friendly.

This place would be nothing without Preston. They should rename the bar: Preston’s Chips and Salsa. The world is a better place with him and he should be elected President of the Chips and Salsa.

Me and a group of friends came to try out Yucatan, Preston was our server and was magnificent, his service alone would make us want to come back, great food also. Thanks Preston for an amazing experience.
