The young woman who took our order was Emberly. She was one of the most courteous, friendly and helpful person I have meet in a fast food restaurant. The food was hot and the wait for it was very short. I will definitely come back to eat at this restaurant. I'm so glad the brought back the Texas Schlotzsky.
They were so occupied with the drive thru they forgot about the people that parked & actually came inside to eat. It took 20 minutes to get 2 original sandwiches and they were cold!

Cinnabon at Schlotzsky's has a very nice, super friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. The food is very fresh, good, and hot, with very prompt service and no waiting at times. However, the drive-thru is always slow, with long wait times, and on one occasion, service for inside customers was forgotten, resulting in a 20-minute wait for cold original sandwiches. The facility is clean and in a nice location. Some menu items, like the Texas Schlotzsky, are loved, but prices are a bit pricey for a sandwich shop, with some items costing more than they are worth.
