Always a long wait. Always takes over an hour after they say your food has left the store. Over half of the time the food is cold. I'm only a mile and a half away. How do they continue to allow this to happen?
Order was 20 minutes and all they say is, "I'm sorry we just got slammed" No offer of discount on next purchase, no call or message earlier explaining wait time would be longer than quoted. Just poor customer service!

Not usually one to leave negative reviews, but our visit this evening was awful. Our medium cheese pizza was burnt so much that it was completely dry and crumbling. Our other pizza had a huge hair in the middle of it. We waited longer than the wait time but that is the least of it. Not impressed.
