I thought this place made just regular pepper gravy also in the morning and they made sausage gravy also I mean every braum's that I've went to before has always made me just regular pepper gravy with biscuits except this one

My family comes from a state that doesn't have a Braum's so we make sure to stop by anytime we are in the area. On this trip we went to this location twice on different days and our order was messed up in several ways both times. They forgot to give us our coffee, we ordered three cream cheese bagels none of which had the cream cheese, and asked for extra ketchup packets and didn't get any. I'm pretty upset because I tell people back home about how good Braum's is and this trip had nothing redeemable about it.

We always get #8 (chicken). If you don't ask them to make it fresh, it is taken from under the heating lamp and it's extremely dry. So it's worth the wait to have a decent freshly cooked meal and not chicken jerky. We don't eat out much, but the last two times we treated ourselves, we've been pleased with our meals. Thank you Braums!

Bacon cheese burger was dry like it's been setting for a while. I know that it shouldn't have been because they was really busy. My wife got the same thing and her wasn't dry but she said it wasn't as good as she remembered.
