HTeaO is a popular spot known for its delightful dining experience. The restaurant offers a wide range of flavors, including pink lemonade, sweet tea, hot chocolate, and unique blends like Texas chai and Ryan Palmer. Friendly and efficient staff ensure timely service, and the team takes great care of customers, providing excellent service every time. Customers appreciate the tasty teas, filtered water, and great ice. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service make HTeaO a great choice for a lovely meal out, though some note that the lid station can be cramped, and the staff's greetings can be a bit much for some. Reviewers praise the exceptional customer service, with one mentioning the staff's help in setting up a baby shower and another highlighting the resolution of an order mix-up. Overall, HTeaO remains a favorite for many seeking a refreshing and friendly environment.
