If you are kitchen prep help and run short of anything or do not know the difference in some products then ask someone who does know. Don't sub one shredded meat for another as customers who frequent your place know the difference. :))
Our waiter Peyton was exceptional. Very attentive to our needs. Did a very good job. Our wait time was minimal.
