Parking lot small, if you order DO NOT use mobile it takes forever while people who order at counter get there food in 5 minutes I been waiting 20mins

Spent damn near $50 just to get home and throw it all in the trash! Besides not having the order right ...the food was all cold...old...and dryed out ... even when we got to the window they asked me for my receipt so they could make sure I had my order right... and still didn't get it correct... The only thing that was good with this meal was the drinks.... oh and the kids ate some of their kids meal... while they complained about the Fry's being cold and nasty...
I tried to call as soon as I realized the order wasn't right... and first phone call it rang and rang and rang and rang nobody answered... I don't know how many times I called... I was pretty mad pretty upset that I just spent $47 and it was the worst meal we've had from Burger King in Ponca city ever.... and then when they did answer I got hung up on..... I bet I called 10 times... and never got to talk to anyone!
Or I would have asked them to refund all my money for serving us that nasty food!

I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes just trying to pick up my mobile order that I ordered through the app. When I finally got to the front of one of the lanes, I asked if it could be made fresh since it was ordered 30 minutes ago. They said mobile orders were for the other lane. How was I supposed to know that if it’s not on the app, the email receipt, or on a sign outside? I’ve worked fast food and know what it’s like but this was insane. If there are two lanes then things should be more efficient, not slower. Implement better systems like Chickfila does like directing the cars outside. If there was some sort of communication I would have known to go in the second lane instead of waiting while other cars who got there after me were ordering because the second lane was moving faster. I don’t usually complain about time because I’ve been there but this was beyond frustrating.

Burger was cold and gross. Fries were bland and they were completely out of ketchup. No one came to clean off tables the whole time we were there. The mozzarella sticks were good but the marinara sauce was horrible

If you like cold hamburgers and your order to be be completely wrong, this is the place for you. Do better!!!!
You invested a lot of money in this new establishment. It should have been done right.
The old burger king was fine. It was neglected and poorly cleaned.
The new one looks like McDonald's and Starbucks had a hideous gen Z baby and the solution was cheap plastic surgery. I feel like I should be buying an iPhone.
I had time to think of this in the 20+ minute wait for food. Not sure what happened, but the whopper, (the main reason people go to burger king) was cold. Maybe they had it sitting on a tray while waiting for fries or something?
For some reason the seating area kept filling with smoke. Poor ventilation? Vent not open?
But the first thing you notice is the parking. It was bad before. Now it is 100% worse. They are the smallest parking spaces I've ever seen. Compact cars, perfectly parked, are nearly touching both lines. Every car is double parked because you can't park between the lines and open your door if you're parked next to another vehicle.
The one employee I interacted with was the only upside. He was the guy cleanimg the bathroom. He seemed proud to be doing his part and mentioned he wanted this to be the cleanest place in Ponca. He never stopped moving. When the lobby was clean, he went outside and cleaned the parking lot. If you had him in the first place... you wouldn't have needed to tear down the classic establishment. I will be back. Children of the 80s love burger king and this is the closest one. Its still new and the kinks need worked out. Good luck.

Friendly staff. Had a mess up on my order and they fixed it quickly. Definitely one of the best Burger Kings I've gone to.

Within 5 minutes of getting my food there was a horrible sewer smell. The table we sat at was sticky. Tried to take a drink of soda and it had a odd taste.

The manager couldn't count change, raw sewage smell from the restrooms, not one I would go back to. I have 2 stars because the young man that took our large order got it all right.
He should be the manager!!

I had great food but I have to give one star. The manager on duty around 9am she is wearing glasses. She is in the back cussing so loud I can hear from back of lobby. Playing very loud music with cuss words in it. Very unprofessional atmosphere I hope with the remodel there will be more professional standards
