The line of people needing their food remade was about as long as the line to order, I had ordered on the app before I got there and it took 10 minutes to get an employee to even acknowledge me so I could get checked in.“

“Kind of a drive up, car hop spot, which worked because we had our dogs. Burgers were done right, tasted fresh and seasoned well. Sides were also above average and seasoned well. We ate at a table by our tailgate, most people were eating in their car or just getting take away. They were busy, but service was friendly.“

“5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We love Sonic Drive-in at 5th and Hartford. It's the only Sonic in Ponca City we will go to. They are always friendly, greet you with a smile, and deliver your food to you as fast as they can. We also LOVE happy hour and love that it's happy hour all the time when you order ahead.“

“The GM David was nice he asked questions why we came. The food was better than expected and very quick loved the corn nuggets. Your Roasted is also good but your Tenders are the best and this Lucky 13 add 4 sides let me tell you love it. We’re glad your back keep up the good work you got a good crew and a GM.“

“Visited a little over a year ago, didn't want to come back, my husband decided he wanted to try it, we came in and gave it a go. SO VERY HAPPY that we did. Great food, great price, and over all absolutely stunning customer service by Chris and his crew. Fast and FRIENDLY. Highly recommend and very proud of the hard work that crew did to turn this place around. Keep it up guys!!! 💙“

“They were kinda slow and there were 2 employees but 90% of the time she was sweeping cleaning floor behind counter and stocking. Should have been helping the poor guy making all the sandwiches all the way to checkout alone. No proper service in my opinion.“

“for how fast it we got it, I'm surprised with how....well done it was. like it spent too much time in the oven. and the pineapple was all grouped in the middle. normally we don't have issues like this. :/ hopefully next time is better.“
