First time ever at an Htea0! It was actually quite an experience. I went the first time with a friend that recommended it. I had tasted quite a few if not all the teas and got a Texas chai and a sweet waterloo mixed with unsweetened watermelon. I went back with my significant other and he loved it. I believe it was the manager there that time that was so helpful and recommended we try mixing flavors and gave us a paper with things that go well together. That day we left woth 2 gallons, texas chai and Ryan palmer...if you mix the two it tastes like apple pie and it DID. I also got a sweet almond that day as well. Excellent and the service was amazing.

I dont post reviews often but i come here often enough I think HteaO Ponca deserves the shout out. The team takes great care of folks that come through, and i have had good service every time. Ive had problems twice and upon going in to discuss it had them immediately taken care of without hesitation. Teas taste great, their filtered water is the only water i would refill my water jugs from, and their ice is great as well.

Very nice, tea is very tasty. The only complaints I have are: 1. They served MOLDY blueberries. 2. The lid station is cramped. 3. This may be an unpopular opinion, but I do not like being bombarded with "hi welcome to hteao" and "hi welcome in" every time I walk in there. Be attentive and friendly without eyeballing me and bringing attention to me when I walk in ?

We love HTea0. We got at least 1-2 times a week. Today, however, not so much. Experiences like today will cause them to lose my business. We pull up to the intercom and we’re looking at the menu so we ask for more time. Less than a minute later she comes back on and asks the same thing. This happened 2-3 times. Each time she was a bit more rude and impatient. (We have indecisive children). Finally, she says just pull to the window and we will take your order. There was absolutely nobody behind us in line. We say we’re ready and she says nothing! We give our order and she still says nothing. We pull forward and she wouldn’t even open the window. A man came to the window a couple minutes after we pulled up. All while she stands behind him giving dirty looks to my daughter in the backseat. It was unprofessional and juvenile. At the very least I will not be returning for a bit.

I went there today about 3 hours ago, I was wondering if they took EBT, one girl said no I'm afraid not, so I walked out ( I thanked them obviously lol )!and then another girl runs out and offers to payif i want to drink, i said no but thank you so much. Then she said she would like to do I accepted. She bought my tea and the tea was out of this world amazing! She was the kindest person, they all were! This is the best service I've ever witnessed. I very highly recommend this place!
