What happened to you original recipe tenders, the last few times I ordered them,I received extra crispy which is terrible tasting-it’s toast like salt and pepper, no other taste. So disappointed. We asked about it and they said they only make one kind of tender, I use to eat there 2 or 3 times a week, I can’t eat these tenders-they are terrible. Please go back to the original recipe on your tenders, these one you make now are hard and to salty- can’t taste the special spices anymore

I was up there after ordering my online oder and I was told to pull around and it would be out in 7 to 10 minutes I waited 30 minutes to wait and then had to go in line again to just get mine food

The chickens keep getting smaller and smaller in contrast to the prices. The flavor of the chicken probably has the colonel turning in his grave.
Staff is always nice and pretty quick with your order. The food is fresh and the store is pretty clean. I wish it wasn’t so tucked away because I forget about it most days but really enjoy this location. It’s one of the better KFC locations I’ve been too. Definitely recommend

I bought a bucket of chicken original recipe. When I picked it up all the chicken skin was falling off the chicken and it was soggy. I called to speak to the manager and they left me on hold for 10 minutes then I just hung up. I didn’t buy a small amount of chicken and it was barely edible. It was in pieces and someone tried to separate it with sheets of some kind of wax paper like they obviously knew it was soggy. We love kfc but was very disappointed.

Staff was great and did their job exactly as they should. My issue is with the outdated equipment and faculties they have, who ever franchises this building Is losing alot of proft due to being out dated and understaffed managers.
