Staff was great and did their job exactly as they should. My issue is with the outdated equipment and faculties they have, who ever franchises this building Is losing alot of proft due to being out dated and understaffed managers.

Just irritated because I ordered a family meal which is not cheap and I got home and have no gravy for the 2 large mashed potatoes I have, the biscuits were all smashed and I also I asked for honey and didn’t get that.

I live an hour away when I got home half my food was missing. Went back two days later to get a replacement and the lady that I spoke to was really rude argumentative and barely even replace what they needed to drove an hour to get my replacement being told that I’d get my meal replaced for free to only have one thing replaced.
