Went to have lunch with my mother around January 4th after seeing advertised $8.00 buffet, it was in every napkin container with No date on the advisement, just $8 Buffet for Lunch and we had seen it posted on social media. When we got our ticket we was individually charged over $13, when spoke to the manager they said that it doesn't start until the 8th, advised they should honor what is posted on tables and social media or let the customers know Before hand.
Horrible Place , horrible management , mold in ice, flies and hair in food, very rude servers .

I love the salad bar here! Pizza Inn in Ponca City runs like a carb‑powered nostalgia machine and I mean that in the best way. The buffet hits you like a warm hug. Service is quick, friendly, and just chaotic enough to feel authentic. The chocolate chip pizza could probably broker world peace.
Mad love for a place that still understands the sacred art of “just one more slice.”

Cold food when grabbed straight off the bar. Rude and lazy managers. Watched them boss servers around instead of helping when things got busy. Manager got even more smug and rude when I didn't leave a card tip. Won't return. Wouldn't recommend if it was the last place in town.
Everything on the Buffett was fresh and delicious. The waitress was sweet and attentive. A great place to eat.

The Latina girl was extremely rude,was acting like I wasn’t there when bringing our refills,then they thought it was funny because she “forgot”about my drink .it almost seem like she was purposely doing it ,I didn’t do anything to her to treat me like that .
