I doordashed and my order was half wrong and the food was cold and our drink watered down and wrong

Rancid red beans and rice. When I tell you this smells and taste like beans thats been sitting at the bottom of a trash can for weeks, believe me. The rice on top kind of masked the smell as I was not aware of it until I mixed and had a bite. I inmediate spit it out. Whoever manged the kitchen on 5/13/26 @ 5pm needs to do a better job.

Probably one of the worst Popeyes experiences we've ever had. And we've had bad ones here before. The girl that took our order was super sweet but it took a very long time. She brought us our drinks, one of them was wrong. She fixed it right away. The lobby drink machine is broken so they had to get them behind the counter. There was nobody else in there except for one other family and we waited over 20 minutes for our food. I don't understand why we have to wait that long for chicken, when all they serve is chicken and everything is ready to go? They left out part of our order, part of our order was wrong, and if you see the photo, I guess this is what counts as a side now. A tiny cup of red beans and rice not even half full. The restaurant itself was not clean or swept up. Three of the tables we would have rather sat at were not cleaned off. We heard the manager verbally getting angry that somebody had a special order in the drive-thru. Then we heard her yell and get angry at a worker .Very unprofessional all-around. What happened to the manager they had about a year and a half ago? He was great. The place was starting to be run better, he brought us sauce and drink refills to our table and was very cordial. They need to get that guy back.

No ice for the drinks?????? After a short wait for my food, I was told it was going to have a long wait for the food I order. I just left and went to Freddy’s.
It was one of my favorite places to eat every week. Ponca City’s Popeyes has lost my business for awhile

Time of closing said 12, all lights were off around 11:50ish, tried anyways but no answer, come on Popeyes live up to your times, i just wanted a lemonade lol.

No one was in the drive through line, but I was asked to move forward more than once..then told it helps their times but I am the one tat has to wait. No one ever shown up in the drive through.

Can in for some food it was pretty good but what really stood out to me was the outstanding service by Vincent. He was very kind patient and just was very hospitable. Would come back because of Vinny’s service.

I love coming to this popeyes there's usually no wait in line and the mac and cheese is sooo good bro. shout out to the employee who helped me, vinny, he was very considerate and polite which you don't find often anymore. Vinny did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my experience at the restruant. I will be returning soon!
