I Love Sakura I DoorDash an online order and eat there all the time there was one day where me and my partner went to go have a fancy dinner cause my mom agreed to babysit the baby so we could go have a minute to just be us so we went to Sakura And since it was our first night in like five months that we got to go out and do something like that I didn’t really have a limit on today’s dinner so we got like $108 worth of food and I was gonna do a huge tip for the waitress or two entrées had come out and we had a third one that wasn’t out yet we were eating and snacking and then the waiter comes out with a third entrée now the third entrée we ordered I had never ordered before, so I didn’t know what it was supposed to look like when she sat the entrée down on the table. It didn’t look like what I thought it would look like so I pick up one of the pieces and I see that it’s fried shrimp when I ordered a Aji tuna tower And she comes back about to take the shrimp off the table said it wasn’t ours and I told her I had already touched it. She looks frustrated and says I’m sorry I accidentally gave you the wrong thing she turns around and semi loudly lets another waiter know that she gave the wrong table the wrong food They go to the back they get it settled. She comes back and asks me to pay for the entrée that wasn’t ours and I thought it was like a $5.06 dollar maybe eight dollar entrée so I was like sure later we get all our food we get our check and entrée was like $12. I call someone over and I’m like I’m I’m really really sorry I I’m not trying to complain but she asked if we would pay for it. I said sure she didn’t tell me how much it was and I didn’t realize it was going to be $12. I’m already paying a lot for the food that we did order. I don’t wanna have to pay for someone else’s food too on top of what I already have to tip and he said oh yeah no no problem she shouldn’t have asked you guys to cover so then she obviously gets in trouble. She comes back sets the correct check on her table kind of drops it and it’s like there it’s taken off kind of rudely and then she wouldn’t come by our table for the rest of the time we were there we are waiting for her to come by so we could get to go boxes, cause I was embarrassed and just truly didn’t wanna be there anymore so I just wanted to pack up to rest for food and go, but she wouldn’t stop by the table after that so we had to call the guy over and asked her to go boxes and then she was just rude gave us dirty looks and wouldn’t service after that. I understand being new and making mistakes, but I felt the way she behaved after making the mistake was inappropriate and unprofessional, and it made me feel embarrassed and like I did something Wrong And after that, it’s gonna be hard to come back, even though the service from everyone else was amazing

I ordered takeout from Sakura and thoroughly enjoyed it! I walked in and ordered a couple rolls for takeout when my wife and kids wanted pizza from across the way. I thought that the price was on the higher side of reasonable, the quality was excellent and the portions were large I thought. A full take out container plus a salad for around 15 bucks with tip iirc. Wasabi was hot, salad crunchy, and the rolls were delicious. I enjoyed it and so did my wife from the couple pieces she snagged from me. I do recommend takeout from Sakura.
Call it in ahead of time if you don't want to have to wait at all to get it.
The atmosphere seemed legit from my brief time inside the building.

Rather disappointed, our parties salad and soup came out before our appetizers, I had a bento box. My salmon was very over cooked, the rice on my sushi was very dry. As fas as i could tell, the other in my party enjoy their meal.

Favorite place to eat and never disappoints!
Wife ordered on Sakura. Went to get it and they said the website she ordered and paid on wasn't tied to their system and she'd have to call to get her own money back. Nobody knows what is going on, unprofessional. Hate to see how the cleanliness factors in. Joke. Stay away.
