“This place is really a cozy stop for a charge on my way back to Broken Arrow. The people are friendly as all get out. And the Happy Camper coffee they sell is now my absolute favorite. We are very happy to soon move here and stop driving all the way to stupid Broken Arrow. And we already have friends in Poteau right here in this little place.”

“Still the best Chinese buffet in the Oklahoma/Arkansas area. Absolutely love that they bring out fresh food just before the next tray goes completely out. The food is delicious and I don't feel crappy after eating, also for the people without gallbladder, you will make it without exploding. This is probably the most tasty and fast friendly buffet period. Highly recommend. We drive over an hour to eat here.”

“7 Brew first grabbed my attention on a trip to NW Arkansas a couple of years ago. They have quickly expanded across all the places I go regularly (Poteau, OK being the newest, Fort Smith, Hot Springs, & Texarkana). Never had a bad coffee from them. My favorite is the Smooth 7 with the Triple 7 treatment (6 espresso shots). This place would be a daily for me if they would drop a stand at home in Mena, AR!”

“My family and I love Braum's. The meat for their hamburgers is better than any other fast food place that I know of. I'm really picky about meat.

This Braum's set-up allows it to get a bit congested in the entrance/ordering area/condiment station when it's busy. But I have not had bad food here. It's good quality and if someone in the kitchen makes a mistake, they are quick to fix it.”

“I was just there to pick up some late night food, and there were a couple of girls working tonight, maybe someone else in the kitchen. It was the fastest service we've had while visiting some family up here. They were nice, quick, and straight to the point. The only thing faster than their service in Poteau would be someone's rent money going to a casino. So, manager, please give the highest regards of thanks to those that were on staff this night for closing and make sure they get some sort of employee appreciation like gift cards or something they deserve it.”
