“Came into the restaurant as part of a girl's trip: had a wonderful time!! Made to feel so well at ease by both Alyssa and Jacob!! I got a filet for the first time ever, and was absolutely blown away!! Everything about the food/drink and experience here was amazing!!! I hope to come back in town soon so I can eat here again! “My wife and I love staying at this Hotel/Casino, we try to go 2-4 times a year. Hotel rooms always clean and everyone from front desk staff to housekeeping are always nice. Casino is always pretty clean, sometimes it takes a while to get a drink at the tables but this is all dependent on time & day, dealers are always helpful in finding someone. Always seem to have a good variety of table games open & my wife always enjoys the variety of slots. Biggest plus to this place (besides gambling) is has a great center bar & also their is good evening bands/ entertainment on the weekends at the casino sports bar area. This place has good food also and just an all around good/fun atmosphere. (Limited menu since Covid but still good) Snack/deli place is decent too, only eaten at buffet for breakfast which was good and few years ago ate at steakhouse which was good but not worth the money in my opinion & I like good steaks. Overall this is a fun, great place to visit and we have always had good experiences in both hotel and casino over the past 4-5 years. Hard to find weekend rooms this summer but we got booked a Saturday- Monday trip beg. of June, Excited to return!”

“Very good! Definitely better than the nasty casino buffet. I had the blackened grilled chicken with pepper Jack cheese & bacon sandwich with a side of steamed broccoli and my husband had a 1/2 pound burger with bacon & ham with fries. Compliments to the chef! Broccoli was steamed perfect & the thick chicken breast was generously seasoned & so juicy! Burger was medium well as requested. Bacon was not under or over cooked. Good job! Definitely recommend.”

“My wife and I went on Wednesday New Year's eve 2025 and the food was pretty good (shrimp and Lobster ravioli is where it's at man) but ther service was TOP NOTCH. Our server Galina was just the sweetest hard worker I've ever seen. Can't wait to come back for seafood night!! Thank you and God bless!”

“Recommended by a friend, I stopped in while driving back to Joplin. I chose a ham sandwich and they asked if it was okay if the fresh ham was still warm? Still warm?! Yes! Just wheat bread cheese lettuce and ham. I don't eat pie and there was fresh peach pie or cobbler? on the counter. I bought that too. The ham sandwich did not require condiments. I would have had just a plate of ham if I had known how good it was. I also ate the pie. It was so GOOD!”

Across the board comfort food with THE BEST salads. A Great Rt 66 place to stop for a break. Oh and don’t forget the homemade pies ….to die for! Back room for large groups too.”

“Good food and service. My kids love the chicken strips and of course the ice cream. Let's just say the atmosphere here was odd...The workers were not rude or impolite at all, but they all looked super bummed out. It was like they were all so freaking sad. We were only traveling and stopped in, so I'm not sure if something happened locally, but what a bummer. I really hope those folks have a better day soon. Like I said, the food and service was both good.”

“It's been a little bit since I went in but the ice cream was delicious and the chocolate waffle cone was tasty and crunchy as well. Very friendly people run this place and would recommend no matter the time of year or weather. Beware the cones are bigger than you might think. I couldn't finish my double scoop cone. 😋”

“First time here, went here with my son after a soccer game. Pretty good barbecue place. It says bar and grill, but the atmosphere was not bar-typical at the time. Yes, they have a big bar, but nobody was sitting there. Everyone was sitting at the tables eating dinner.”
