The pistachio Halva spread was flakey and melted on my tounge. The rustic loaf was soft with a hearty, chewy and slightly crispy crust. The flavors together were otherworldly and I couldn't stop. The loaf disappeared in a matter of hours. Well, done Country Bird. Well, done.“
