Stopped by around 8pm tonight and was met with the most rude person taking drive thru orders. Was told that a small family pack would take 15 minutes and then asked, in an aggressive tone, did we have any questions. We said no and went to another drive thru down the road. The food and service has been poor lately. Our family won’t be back!
when you order through the drive thru they never can get your order right and then when you tell them they get hateful about it. I will just go to the one in the city where they treat you right.
I recommend nothing about this chicken express in Shawnee. This is the worst place in the world to eat. I was there the other day. The manager was busy trying to yell and scream. Add 1 of her employees and I wouldn't eat there ever again for no reason. Because I challenge the manager on what she was doing. And she literally told me get out none of my business.
