I play in several casinos around the area and I used to go to Vegas every year for vacations but as for Firelake Casino on Hardesty Rd, it has to be the worst. The ladies working the bar are the rudest bunch of Bxxxhes I have ever seen. You're lucky to get one drink outta them. Good luck yelling at them for a second drink coz they'll ignore you and pretend you don't exist or act like they're to busy to do their job. Some of the games wouldn't even take our money for some reason...read full review
I've been a player's club over 10 yrs . with no reason or explanation , they cut me off . From free play and getting mailers from the Grand and Firelake that SUCK
