“I avoided City Bites for a long time because I didn’t find the appeal of the outside of the restaurant. I finally gave them a shot when I wanted a sub and I’m so glad that I did because they are SOOOO fresh and delicious. I think that these are the best subs in town hands down. Also, the drive though has never been packed for me and the service is always friendly and quick.“

I wish they were also open at night. I prefer their menu to the Sports Bar and a quieter place to eat. That's the only reason for a 4 star review is their short open hours.

In a casino they should be open for dinner to give you more choices for dinner mid-week. Not even the food court is open mid-week.“

“Chilis is one of my favorite restaurant. Chips and salsa is/has been my favorite since the 70’s! We love the Shawnee Chilis! Only Chilis we go to. Some of the reason is because of one of the managers there..Jessica! She always makes sure we are happy with our food and service. Probably because she used to be a server and we always asked to be seated in her area. She really wants customers to be happy with their food and service. She takes her job seriously and wants your visit to be satisfying so that you will continue going back! And, we will!“

The manager (I believe her name was Shannon) was very welcoming when we came in and then later on checked on us during our meal to see how our food was. Great service, good food and it’s rare you find not one employee but 2 that made every effort to let our family have a good meal and took the time to add some true customer service!!
