Chilis is one of my favorite restaurant. Chips and salsa is/has been my favorite since the 70’s!
We love the Shawnee Chilis! Only Chilis we go to. Some of the reason is because of one of the managers there..Jessica! She always makes sure we are happy with our food and service. Probably because she used to be a server and we always asked to be seated in her area. She really wants customers to be happy with their food and service.

Our waitress was amazing. Very personable, friendly, attentive. An asset to Chili's. Food was very good, good value.
I Absolutely Recommend This Restaurant To Everyone. Our Waitress was Friendly and Fast and On her Game. We were never out of Anything and our drinks were replaced fast. The food was Amazingly Delicious and the endless chips and salsa for $6.00. And lastly the Lady Manager Was Every Where helping her Employees out 😍😍 Also went to each table, including Ours checking on how Everyone was Doing. I Will Definitely be Going Back!!!

While some seating arrangements may be cramped, the overall dining experience is positive. The menu features delicious options like their steak cooked to perfection, grilled salmon, and asparagus. The service is great and the atmosphere is chill. The staff is professional and the food is delicious. Every team member shows genuine professionalism and courtesy, performing their duties with pride. Orders are received quickly and everything is well cooked, from steak and broccoli to pasta.
