Night crew was amazing and so kind!!
There's this girl I see there all the time she always seems to be in a bad mood, I have turned down over decoration of food since i wanted a iced oatmeal and they claimed they couldnt since they want to sell the case i was kinda upset so i started to not go by. but the other day (week?) I was walking with my Grandfather and I saw the same girl like nick picking another employee in the most rudest way possible/ I wouldn't work here that's for sure...

Mrs. Fields at Shawnee Mall is an outstanding business known for its fresh cookies and creative cookie cakes. The staff is friendly, and the manager is awesome. The cookie cakes are made the same day and are a hit for celebrations. While the customer service has room for improvement, the delicious treats and great prices make it a favorite spot for snacks. The location offers plenty of parking, and it is very kid-friendly with wheelchair accessibility for all customers. A visit to Mrs. Fields promises a delightful experience filled with tasty treats.
