McAlister's Deli Reviews
My drive thru order was wrong, when I drove back across town they did remake it, but didn’t even apologize. The service was not good!
I am done with this place. The last couple of times we ordered from here our order was messed up & my husband's salad was mostly brown lettuce. We decided to give it one more try. Big mistake. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup like I usually do. It was so watery & thin. And once again my husband's salad was mostly made up with brown lettuce & they forgot to add the crotons. I don't know what's going on here, not enough staff or they just don't care.
ordered chef salads, lettuce was turning brown, croutons were really soft, no crunch at all. the whole thing was room temperature. the salad itself tasted like it had been made several days ago and just sitting waiting on an order. this is the second time in 3 months I have been very disappointed with this McAlister.

McAlister's Deli offers a variety of delicious food with generally good service. Some staff members are helpful and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. Customers often praise the salads, such as the chicken avocado salad with raspberry dressing, and the broccoli cheddar soup, which is described as delicious and satisfying. The desserts have recently been upgraded, with the peach cobbler cheesecake receiving special praise for being amazing and hard to find elsewhere. Many guests appreciate ordering by phone for pickup, though there have been occasional delays, like waiting 45 minutes for food that was not ready, which has caused some frustration. The atmosphere is good overall, and the restaurant is considered one of the better McAlister's Deli locations by regular customers. Popular menu choices include the choose 2 option, the Savannah chopped salad with dressing options like fat-free raspberry pecan vinaigrette or sherry shallot, and the chicken tortilla soup, which is creamy and tasty despite not being fully authentic. Overall, the delicious food and friendly service make it a worthwhile dining spot, despite some issues with staff or wait times.
