“Best steak I've had at a restaurant in a very long, long time. Awesome charcoal flavor, seemingly minimal preparation/seasoning with high quality in house cut steaks. Delicious. Reminded a bit of my Dad's steaks when he'd splurge on a high end piece of meat. Out server Jess was outstanding! In a perfect world I'd love some additional side dish options, but that's my only tiny quibble. Kitchsy suedo western/Okie steakhouse vibe in a cool ole joint off the beaten path. We will definitely return.“

“3.7 stars. Stopped in for business dinner. No reservations but the employees put us on their wait list. 30 minutes later we were seated.

Friendly server took care of us and explained how Flame works. We started with the salad bar which had many offerings. Similar to Fogo de Chao but not quite that good.

The meat lineup game was strong. Their team consistently brought out fresh cuts and made sure we would get the “meat sweats”. Mission accomplished!

Dessert tray at the end had something for everyone. We each picked one opting for the crème brûlée, cheesecake, and chocolate mousse cake.

Food was good. Service was good. Atmosphere could use a fresh touch up. All-in a nice business dinner that was relaxed and enjoyable.“
