This Mazzios is disappointing every time we come. The wait times are long, the staff doesn't seem very knowledgeable, and they only have the buffet at certain times of the week. It feels understaffed. The management should take notes from the excellent Mazzios restaurants, like the one in Owasso.
I waited for my food in the drive though for about 10 minutes and when I got home and opened the boxes it was the wrong order. The drive though lady was nice and super determined to get you to fill out the survey so she could make more money but failed to check and make sure I got the right food.

We go for the Tuesday night pizza and salad bar buffet almost every week. The restaurant is always clean. The staff does a good job of keeping the tables bussed and the buffet full. The people that work there are always very nice.
