We had the General tsao chicken and sweet and sour chicken with fried Roscoe along with the fried wantons. Everything was exceptionally delicious. a lot of similar Chinese restaurants have started to water down their sweet and sour sauce. Not so here! While we have similar options much closer to home, we will drive the additional miles to eat here when the craving for Chinese food hits!
The food was hot and fresh made to order. The table was dusty and the floors needed sweeping. I was the only person there at 12:30 on a weekday which made me a bit nervous seeing how I was traveling and didn’t know much about the area. Overall the food was good, but the counter help acted as if I was bothering him.

I find they're cuisine to be authentic and DELICIOUS with LARGE PORTIONS at moderate prices & especially enjoy the MANY combinations and OPTIONS TO CREATE my own COMBO DINNER with the QUICK FRIENDLY service SHANGHAI EXPRESS rates EXTREMELY HIGH in my humble opinion and consistently YUMMTASTICO in my experiences.
